Day #118 - Misguided Influence - Judges 18:14
“Then the five men who had gone to scout out the country of Laish said to their brothers, “Do you know that in these houses there are an ephod, household gods, a carved image, and a metal image? Now therefore consider what you will do.””

How important it is to surround yourself with people who point you to the Lord and that those people are aligned with the Lord themselves. The five men desired what Micah had and prioritized self-interest and idolatry over obedience to God’s commandments. Their desires lead them to influence their people to steal the false gods and idols and they would worship them for generations.
